We pull out dates, places and hotel chains. Then we delete the raw email within 30 days. Card digits and loyalty numbers are stripped when we read it.

Do you need my loyalty passwords?
No. We read the statement and status emails airlines and hotels already send you. That's how your status numbers match the program exactly as of your latest statement.
What about nights with no booking email?
Places you've tagged fill those in. The weekly check-in catches the rest. Anything we still can't place is marked unknown. We never guess.
How is this different from TripIt, Flighty or AwardWallet?
Those apps plan trips, track flights or show loyalty balances. Nightsboard counts every night of your year, including the family couch and the second home, and sorts them by your own reasons. Status progress and a route map are on the same page.
Do I need Gmail?
No. Forwarding works from any email account. The Gmail filter just saves time. If your work account blocks auto-forwarding, you can forward by hand.
Is the demo real?
Yes. It's one founder's real 2026 travel, anonymized. It shows past trips only, names are replaced and confirmation codes are removed. The counts are real.
